Salon Policies COVID-19 SALON UPDATE: Masks may/may not be worn at clients’ discretion. If you are showing any signs and/or symptoms of being sick, please do not visit the salon. The safety of all Angie’s Nest patrons is important to us. NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed in the salon at anytime if not being serviced. (You will be asked to reschedule and will forfeit your deposit if you do not comply.) Cash, Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, are accepted. Debit/Credit cards are accepted for deposit ONLY. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. EARLY ARRIVALS: If you arrive before your scheduled appointment time, please remain in your vehicle until time for your appointment. LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be CANCELLED and your deposit will be forfeited. This means, "If your appointment is at 9:00am and you arrive at 9:16am you are NOT only 1 minute late, you are 16 mins late and your appointment will be cancelled". The deposit you paid online will NOT be transferred to your next appointment. PLEASE be on time to prevent any inconveniences. NO Call/NO Show will result in a 100% charge of your service. Angie’s Nest does NOT offer refunds for any services rendered. (If you have concerns, please be sure to mention them at the time of service; we do NOT offer redos.)
